Ordering Information for Artist Pieces
- There is normally a 1 to 3 month backlog of artist orders. However, a much shorter wait for completion of a new order is possible due to open areas in my schedule that sometimes occur. The estimated completion date for a new order will gladly be given to anyone before or after they place an order.
- A deposit is required to place an artist order (unless it is an "Available Now" Artist Bear which is immediately available upon full payment).
- Deposits may be transfered to any item we sell at any time, but they are non-refundable unless artist order takes longer than one year to complete.
- Balances paid by check may be entirely paid after being notified of order completion or any number of smaller payments may be made ahead of notification. Balances of orders placed with credit cards are normally automatically charged upon completion and shipment of order.
- Shipping/handling/insur. charges for most artist orders are $12 to $18 for U.S.A. ground shipments. The S&H&I charges vary depending on size, weight, value and destination of the order.
- Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, international and express shipments vary greatly. Shipping charges for these shipments will be estimated upon request.
